Monkey Knife Fight is a California-based sports gambling website. It delivers a spin on traditional daily fantasy sports using prop bets. Rather than play against other people—some who are professionals and have a lot more time to pore over stats and what not — you play against the house.
MKF sets milestones like # of par’s or total strokes, and you wager whether a player will be over or under that mark.
And for a limited time, all new Monkey Knife Fight customers can receive a $5 free no deposit bonus! No deposit required!

MKF Introduces Golf
Monkey Knife Fight caters to a wide range of sports fans and has recently added the PGA Tour. This market ranges from the biggest PGA Tour events—such as the U.S. Open and Masters Tournament—to smaller events that do not get much mainstream coverage—such as the Barracuda Championship.
During each event, you bet against the house, and MKF offers a range of betting options. The most prevalent is over-under, in which you wager whether a golfer will perform above or below a certain mark. Often, two players are grouped together to make this more interesting.
During this review, for instance, round two of the RSM Classic was happening, and MKF grouped Brian Harman with an over/under of 5.5 birdies or better and Brendon Todd with over/under 67.5 total strokes. You could choose over-under in any combination.
Over-under is not the only wagering type. MKF also offers Rapidfire, in which you choose the better performer in a head-to-head matchup.
Par Patrol challenges you to select three golfers who will shoot more Par or Better holes. You have options when it comes to the number and the payout adjusts accordingly. Other options include Eagle Eye and Bunch of Birdies, which are similar to Par Patrol but emphasize eagles and birdies.
$5 No Deposit Bonus
Monkey Knife Fight is currently offering a $5 bonus to anyone who registers a new MKF account for the first time. You do not have to deposit any real money. During the promotion period, all you have to do is register a new account.
MKF will then automatically assign five MKF Dollars — more on that in the How Bonuses Work section — to you account, which you can then use on any of the available golf bets. This is a risk-free way to take MKF out for a test-drive. If you lose, you have no obligation to the house. If you win, those winnings are now in your cash balance, and you can even withdraw that money.

How to Play Golf Player Props at MKF
Wagering on golf at Monkey Knife Fight is rather simple, and you can see most of these options on the site without even registering an account. Click the golf icon at the top of the page. The icon features the image of a golf ball on a tee. MKF will list all of the supported events, which for the PGA Tour is usually just one, so this page is a bit easier to sort through than with some of the other sports.
Click the event. You will then see clickable boxes with various wager types, such as Over Under or Rapid Fire. A dropdown box lets you filter this selection down to one particular game type. Click a box to see the specifics for that particular bet, including the payout. Selecting any one parameter, such as over, will show you the available buy-ins. The minimum buy-in is usually just $2.
One of the available bets for the RSM Classic at the time of this review is an Over Under 2/2, which means that it has two parts: Austin Cook over-under 67.5 strokes and Kyoung-Hoon Lee over-under 5.5 birdies or better. We select Cook over and Lee under. The payout is 2.38x. We place a $20 wager, which means that if we are correct, we will win $47.60. Not that buy-ins are not returned on winning bets.
Below is a screenshot of the Over Under game that pays 2.21 times your wager. You can see in this game that you just need to decide whether Brian Harman shoots over or under 5.5 birdies and Brendon Todd scores over or under 67.5 strokes.
How to Make a Deposit
To make a deposit, you must have already registered an account. Then, navigate to the Monkey Knife Fight website, log in and click the Add Funds link, which is to the right of your account balance. MKF currently accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards.
It does not currently accept wire transfers, e-wallets and so forth. The minimum deposit is $10. The maximum deposit is $1,000. You are also capped at $5,000 a week and $10,000 a month.
Monkey Knife Fight Promo Codes
Get a $50 or $500 Deposit Bonus with Monkey Knife Fight promo code FANTASYBALL.
Monkey Knife Fight currently has a number of promotions that are available to new members making their first deposits. The best of these requires the promo code FANTASYBALL. While filling out the information for your deposit, there will be a box to enter a coupon code. Copy FANTASYBALL and paste it into the box.
The bonus received depends on how much you deposit. If you deposit less than $250, MKF will match your deposit up to $50. So, if you make the minimum $10 deposit, you will be credited 10 MKF dollars. If you deposit $250 or more, MKF will give you 20 percent of your deposit up to $500. In other words, if you deposited $300, you would be credited 60 MKF dollars.
How Bonuses Work at MKF
Bonuses at Monkey Knife Fight are not immediate. Instead, the house doles out your bonus based on the wagers you make. The downside to this approach is that it takes a while to get your money, but the upside is that there are no wagering requirements outside having to play through the bonus money.
You can see how much bonus is available to you in your Pending Bonus account. Every time you make a wager, four percent of your buy-in will be available as bonus. For example, if you pay a $50 buy-in, MKF will release $2 of bonus money whether you win or lose the bet.
Bonuses are awarded as MKF Dollars and tracked in your bonus balance. MKF Dollars cannot be withdrawn, so you have to play through them. Winnings derived from MKF Dollars are actual dollars that can be withdrawn. Note that MKF Dollars expire after three months.

MKF is a lot of fun and if you guess right, you can hit some monster payouts! I've been lucky so far winning my very first contest and I've just been playing with those winnings ever since. I started with the golf props but now also play the NBA ones with the playoffs going on. It brings me an entirely new perspective when watching my favorite sports!
Very easy to use and brings an entirely new dynamic to watching golf! I just spend a couple minutes on my phone and usually pick my favorite players to do well - that may not be the best strategy but I've done ok and I get more invested in my guys! Very cool.
